Newly refurbished, sunny second floor apartment for an environmentally conscious, nature loving individual or pair. New bathroom, new hardwood floors and new paint throughout. Close to Rt 128 and the train station in West Gloucester. Apartment was built for my grandmother and is attached to the main house, so we would share one entrance. Apartment is lead free, but the breezeway is not, and that is the shared entrance. You would have use of enclosed back yard, clotheslines and lower garage, however these are also shared areas. There is a lot of off-street parking. Chemical free living preferred. No smoking. Looking for a friendly, considerate, clean, respectful person who is a stable professional with full time employment. Pets will be approved on an individual basis. No bird feeders. Three references are required and an income verification will be done. All occupants must be listed on the lease. Property is owner occupied by a friendly retired teacher. Please be vaccinated. Occasional fresh eggs. I forgot 3 things on the original posting. 1. Tenants pay for their own trash (special city bags), however recycling is free. 2. No flushing of kitty litter or wipes. 3. Maximum occupancy of 2 persons. First and last month's rent is due at signing. Renter pays for their own cable, electricity ($50.00 per month?) and heat (oil, but it is pretty efficient. Only one tank can last most of the winter). The long driveway will be plowed, but you will need to shovel the area in front of the garage. No smoking. No painting the walls. Any damage done by pets would be an extra cost.
