No utilities are included. There are three different ways that you can qualify to rent this property: 1. If you have maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $35,000 in 2024. 2. If you and another adult who will be living in the property combined with your income amounted to at least $35,000 in 2024 and are both currently employed. 3. If you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $35,000 in 2024.
