Beautifully decorated with comfort in mind, this recently remodeled apartment features a large, open living room that includes a 65-inch smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, complete with all bedding and a dresser, and is bright and cheerful. The office includes a large desk and a seating area for reading, while the bathroom is a three-quarter bath with a new shower and provided towels. The apartment also has its own patio area for outdoor seating. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace for heating. We encourage you to bring family photos, books, games, a computer, and a printer. While the apartment does not include a washer and dryer, we will launder all sheets and towels. A laundromat is located just two blocks away. We have been providing temporary housing for 35 years and live above the in-law unit Walking distance to downtown, movies, grocery stores and shopping and dining, 1 mile from USU, 1 block to bus transit station The rent includes all furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, and all linens. Utilities are included up to one-third of the bill; if the total exceeds $100.00, the tenant will pay the amount over that. Internet is also included. We supply two TVs, but you will need to connect to your own accounts (such as Netflix, YouTube, etc.). The security deposit is returned within 14 days after departure, provided the in-law suite is returned clean, in good order, and without damage. As an incentive, I will often return it within 10 days. The security deposit cannot be used as last month's rent. I charge a $150.00 cleaning fee to ensure the in-law suite is thoroughly cleaned and all linens have been washed. You will still be responsible for leaving it clean. After you have cleaned, I will clean again: I will wash every dish, pot, pan, and piece of silverware; wash both clean and dirty linens; launder the bedspreads; and clean the rugs.
