We have a kitchen with chef's kitchen appliances, new carpet in the large bonus room over the garage, a murphy bed in the office for extra guests, and a hot tub on the back deck. We know you will love our beautiful, peaceful home and all it has to offer. Owner pays for all utilities to include water, gas, electricity, internet, and hot tub cleaning. There is a snow blower on the property for use by the tiny home tenant and you. You are welcome to set up plowing services at your own expense. There are also two lawn mowers in the shed along with lawn care tools to maintain the lawn. You are welcome to set up lawn mowing services at your own expense.
