This is a great house with almost everything redone! It is 3 bedrooms with 1 large bathroom inside and another bathroom inside the pole barn. the wood floors and cabinets in the kitchen are all newly redone. each bedroom has a large closet. the master bedroom has 2 large closet. the front door is brand new. it also has a basement and a seperate room down there as well we used it for playing pool but it could be used for anything! The pole barn is 60x40 and is in excellent condition! its veryyyy insulated so in the winter it stays warm very easily. Most pole barns cost alot to heat with propane but this one barely adds anything and we keep it set at 50. there is a bathroom as well as a seperate office in the pole barn and it also has another stall on the side of the barn to store a trailer or whatever you please. This house sits on almost 2 achres.
