Lot has a yard shed and a small shop with electricity. 4 bedroom on split level, two beds upstairs and two down. Big laundry room and family room downstairs. Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Dogs are allowed but an extra $25 per month, per dog is added to rent
