Hey! I am moving into a 2 bdr in Hanahan in 2 weeks. I am looking for a roommate to rent the extra room and share utilities. It is a duplex with a fenced in yard area. It has washer/dryer connections. The rent is $1100 so the roomate would pay $550/month plus utilities which I don't expect to be high. I am 54 female. I am a shipping/receiving manager. I work Mon-Fri day shift. I am pretty laid back, clean, and responsible. I would like the same in a roommate. Prefer a male roommate but open to either.
