The neighborhood is great...everyone is friendly and we have an outdoor pool that even has a lifeguard Monday-Friday. The common areas are well-kept and there are several little wooded trails for you to explore and enjoy. There's not a lot of traffic through the neighborhood which keeps it real peaceful. One thing that sets our neighborhood apart from a lot of neighborhoods is all the evergreen trees we have around. We love being so close to Chambers Primary School, there's even a little trail that goes straight from the neighborhood to the school...perfect to walk your little one's to school. Speaking of schools, we have one of the best school districts in the state when you look at the WASL scores.
