The home you are interested in is still available and is occupied by the current tenant. We will only show this home to qualified pre-approved applicants. We'd suggest driving by the home located at 5919 Ophir in Carnelian Bay. Please do not disturb the current tenants. If you are interested in seeing the home, we will need you to complete an application, bring it to our office with a $20 credit fee. We can email you an application, or come by our office. Once approved, we need to make an appointment with the current tenant with a 24 hour notice. We will want to know how many people are in your group, can you pay a deposit equal to two months rent, any pets, do you have good credit and great rental references? Sorry, but none of our homeowners allow smoking of any kind in or around any of our homes. We are in the office 7 days a week to assist you from 9 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri and from 9 am to 4pm on Sat-Sun.
