We are looking for great tenants for our beautiful home starting August 1st. 2 bedroom, 2 bath in the SOL neighborhood in East Austin. The house has super high ceilings and lofted windows. It has a 6 kilowatt solar panel system, which helps significantly with utilities, and the backyard fence opens directly onto the community open space. We are walking distance to the Walnut Creek Hike and Bike Trail, and a short drive to much of what Austin has to offer. We do allow smaller dogs. While we love cats (we have two ourselves), we don't allow indoor cats with litter boxes, please. Thank you for understanding! Tenant pays for utilities. The unit does have solar power which helps significantly with utility costs. Owner will pay for fountain cleaning and groundskeeping. We do ask for a rental history, income, and credit check. We can have a washer and dryer available, but that would be an additional cost. There are hookups in the house if you have your own washer and dryer. We do allow dogs, depending on the dog, with a deposit. While we love cats, no cats allowed.
