DTC-Centennial-Englewood - Amazing location!! DTC is blocks away and Cherry Creek State Park is practically in your back yard. Very well kept home. Note: I deploy to Antarctica mid-September and will not return until March. I will be storing personal items in the unfinished basement. My initial thoughts are to keep this a pet free house, but this may be open to discussion depending on breed. The pictures are from the real estate listing.
