All of these floors are pergo. The C style units are located on the top / 3rd floor. Lots of windows give plenty of daylight. The location is very desirable, close to public transportation, shopping, schools, restaurants, and Shadyside Hospital. It is an easy commute to the downtown / Oakland areas. As long as a new tenant is willing to move in on or slightly after the advertised date, the apartment will be fully cleaned and prepared for a new move. Maintenance can usually attend to requests within the business day. After hours calls go to an emergency line. Please call or email to set up a showing. Landlord pays for gas (heat) trash, water, and sewage utilities. There is a $50 monthly fee for these services. Tenants are responsible for electricity. Cable and internet are not provided by Kamin Realty but the building is equipped for service in the tenant's name. Pay-per-load laundry is available in the basement. Garage parking is available for an additional $50 per month. The pet deposit is a $600 one-time fee, half of which is refundable at the end of the lease term. There is no monthly pet fee. One full month of rent is required to hold the apartment. This amount must be paid in the form of a check or money order and will be applied to the first full month of rent. Application fees are $40 per person to run credit and background checks. Cosigners are accepted in the event that the application has insufficient credit.
