The house was built in 2002 and was the model home property for this subdivision. This property has been my home for 9 years and has been very well cared for under my ownership. Safe/quiet neighborhood. Excellent for children. This house is currently being cleaned and recovered. It will be ready for showing in the beginning of August. Looking for move-in around mid August. Washer/dryer combination are options. Pets are welcome with deposit. * Required minimum 13 month lease.* Rent to Own option available if qualified.** I will require a 1 month security deposit in advance in addition to your first month's rent Prior to move in. Please do have this available prior to scheduling to see the property.** The power to the property will be on until 7/31. ** Utilities/trash service/yard maintenance will be the tenant's responsibility. ** Cats and Dogs under 20 lbs are allowed but will be subject to a non-refundable deposit of 300 dollars for each pet that qualifies to stay.** Along with your application, a $75 application fee and a $125 security deposit will be due. If you qualify, the $125 security deposit will be returned to you. If you decide on another house after you've issued your application this security deposit will not be returned to you. (This deposit insures that if I accept your application that you have first right of refusal on the property.) The $75 application fee is non-refundable. You will be subject to both a criminal background check in addition to a credit check. ANY owed RENT to ANY previous renter as well as ANY felony record will result in immediate denial.
