I am next door to Starbucks. 2 blocks away from Jewel Osco I am Next door to the 22 bus that goes downtown, and a few blocks away from the Redline station. I am a Christian. I have Bible studies with my friends occasionally in my home and my family flies in from NYC to visit. First months rent is the move in cost. $720.00 If your nice and I feel you are trustworthy I will wave the deposit. It's all about welcoming a good fit into my home. No guests! Sorry, You'll have to meet your boyfriend /guests outside of the home. No pets. I thought about getting a dog but no pets for now. Maybe if you have a cat I may consider it if he stays in the room.
