    Farm has been good for tobacco, cattle or other livestock, hay or corn. Fence down most of the left side of property is new. The rest of the farm was fenced--some of it may need repairing before livestock are added. Farm has two ponds that hold water and two that are dry. There are two springs. There is one concrete water basin--cattle have damaged some of the concrete blocks in it. Tobacco barn had some termite damage. Previous owner put some tin where damage was. Some of the floor in the barn is concrete. Good concrete storage building behind the house. Three garages--need some repairs. Fruit cellar under the house.
