New carpet and fireplace. It also has a 2 car detached garage that is heated and has a shop in it. We love this house and are looking for a tenant who is going to take as good of care of it as we did. The house will be available starting July 1. 2 year+ lease preferred. 1 month security deposit per year of lease.
