2013 & 2014 home has had major repairs. all facial board was removed and redone. patio covering has been extended to cover the length of the house and all bad wood was removed and replaced. the house has been painted and caulked. a copper metallic metal roof was put on. the front yard has been tilled and re-seeded. i am currently working on improving the landscape of the side and back yard.
