This fully furnished condo underwent a complete renovation in 2022: including a new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring throughout, new windows and sliders, freshly painted interior, new appliances and new furniture, with an eclectic decor. The interior has an abundance of natural light, and is equipped with block-out drapes for those who may work evenings and need a tranquil setting for daytime sleep. Outside awaits two private patio areas: one just off the dining room, ideal for morning coffe of for enjoying a book; the second, a large patio located off of the living room which is suitable for outdoor dining and entertaining. An over-sized outdoor chase lounge is located off of the bedroom sliding glass door. One of the community's eight swimming pools is locate within steps of the unit. Community ammenities also include a spa, tennis and pickle ball courts. We provide our renters beach comber bicylces, pickle ball and tennis equipment, plus card games and board games. Palm Springs is an international travel destination and rental rates will vary depending upon the time of year.
