This apartment is a back unit- part of a multi-family apartments. It is a one bedroom and fully remodeled. We are looking for decent, respectful, and quiet neighbors. This is a family friendly property. Therefore, there is no vulgar language or music tolerated as part of our community. Owners pay for water. There is an opportunity to have washer and dryer, however, it'll be an added $100 charge to rent. There is one parking space available. The rules of our property are: No parking for visitors. No smoking of any kind. No drinking of alcoholic beverages. Tenant is responsible for keeping the outside of their apartment tidy. Tenant is responsible for making sure not toilet paper is being thrown into the toilet. If toilet paper or other materials are found in toilet sewage of apartment once plumber comes, tenant will be responsible of cost after second plumbing issue. Quiet hours are from 9pm- 8am.
