Very safe neighborhood nice front and back covered porch living room, and formal living room dining room bonus back room 16x30 addition. Very nice for a working couple. Absolutely no pets. Taking applications, previous renters, will be moving out on March 1. Renter is responsible for all utilities & grass being cut. I prefer no smoking in the house, and absolutely no pets.
