Rent includes private off-street-parking, use of rooms such as dining room, billiard room, den and kitchen using all cookware, dishes and appliances. In addition, wireless cable, internet and utilities (gas, electric, water) and use of the washer/dryer are included. There is nothing to turn on or off or put into your name. It's all included in the $900 monthly rental. Expected at time of rental is the first month's rent of $900 and a security deposit of $900 with total of $1,800.
