This house does need work! Already got updated plumbing under the house. No more copper pipe. Got Deep Well and Septic Tank. Barn! 3 sides of the dog pen are finish dog pen with complete closed in the wire fence and the wooden panel which but the back side isn't finished. I had been getting rid of the carpet and need new flooring. Need new roofing. Attic not complete. Additional potty pen from the side door to the dog pen and new porch steps on the side door.
