I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment starting 9/1/22, with an end date of 5/31/23. Per the rules of the lease, only one person may live in the unit. One pet is also allowed with a monthly pet fee of $25. It is a standard 1bed 1 bath, right in between Andersonville and Edgewater. Fast walk to 22 Clark and 50 Damen Buses, and a short bus ride or walk to Bryn Mawr Red Line stop and Broadway Ave. Close to Target and Jewel, and an easy walk to lots of great shopping and dining in the Andersonville area. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Unit will be cleaned before move-in. Comes unfurnished, A/C not included with unit. Laundry is in basement right below the unit - $1.25 per wash/dry. Looking to fill unit ASAP The sublease would last from 9/1/22 until 11:59 AM CT on 5/31/23. The owner pays for water and heat, tenant pays gas/electric/internet. I was usually paying about $70-100 a month for gas and electric together, internet depends on what plan/ISP you have. One pet is ok with a $25/month pet fee. They generally allow only cats, but a dog may be considered if it is a service/therapy/assistant animal. This would No smoking on the property. Parking spots may or may not be available - this would need to be discussed further with the property manager, but there is street parking.
