Maid room is downstairs with all four bedrooms upstairs. Yards are small but nice. Neighborhood Description This is a very quiet neighborhood. The occupants are all professional types and the houses are mostly in nice shape, exterior wise. There is a great mix of kids, retired, yuppies, etc. in the neighborhood. The neighborhood sits about 900 feet above El Paso, on the mountain of El Paso's westside. We have great views of the Franklin Mountains, New Mexico, and far West Texas. The traffic on the westside is much easier to deal with than that of the eastside of El Paso. Home values are much higher on the westside also.
