Safe with no crime to speak of in the area. this home has new and or newer heaters. It is cheep to heat and cool this small house. Renter pays utillitys. Electricity, Water, sewer, and garbage pick up. My power bill stays under 200$ even with the AC unit running in summer heat waves. This home has tons of Parking on and off street.
