New interior paint. Nice wide open floor plan. Side deck off living room. Back porch off dining area. Back side upper deck is nice for watching balloon races at Rancho San Rafael Park. Bus line 5 minutes down the street. Street and sidewalks have recently been revitalized. Bedrooms have sliding mirror closet doors. I'm an easy going landlord that has had previous issues with tenants and pets. I would like a nice family who can take care of the yard and if anything needs to be fixed let me know right away.
