We live on the NW side of Lake Washington, high bank waterfront. The shanty is right on the water's edge. Enjoy privacy, and all of the amenities the property offers, shared with the owners. Dedicated parking spot. The shanty is small but certainly big enough to live comfortably. Probably want to be in relatively decent shape, if you are not, you will be. You would share the property with the owners. We are looking for a friendly person with a work ethic that can coexist with us on our property. We will personally interview all applicants. First and last month rent is due upon signing the lease. One year lease minimum. Laundry is shared with owners in the main house. This is a lakeside shanty as we call it. It is situated on water's edge of Lake Washington. The most prime spot on the property for sure. There are many stairs, but once you get there you will be rewarded. You will be all alone except for the Eagles, ducks, geese, otters, beavers and deer. This is truly a very unique and special opportunity.
