Free street parking (sometimes crowded but there's always something within a block) and in unit washer and dryer. In between Columbia city and Othello light rail stops, about a 15 minute walk from either. Great restaurants nearby, including the famous Q Bakery and Wicked Chopstix! Beautiful front bedroom with huge west facing windows, tons of beautiful light everyday! Small but well designed, this is not a good option for someone with big storage needs but there has been plenty of space for the very large clothing collection of the previous tenant. All rooms have individual thermostats and heaters, and the downstairs has a brand new heater/AC that is amazing (especially in the summer) Downstairs features beautiful tall ceilings, and big windows. The kitchen is brand new with a gas range, full dishwasher, and new refrigerator . The kitchen and living room come mostly furnished but we have plenty of space for the new roomie's stuff. 1 shared closet under stairs downstairs for luggage/larger items, and a large pantry. Absolutely no pets or sublets, sorry! Hosting guests frequently is not ideal but we are happy to talk about it Our landlords are very nice young parents who live nearby, this is their only rental property and they are extremely responsive and chill. We have a great relationship with them! Credit score and income: No smoking, no pets, no subletting. Renters insurance required. Year long lease
