Also a couch, kitchen table, and a coffee table if needed. It's a beautiful place to live. Parking right next to the townhouse. Appliances are brand new. Dishwasher, fridge and stove. Tenant is responsible for gas and electricity. This is a sublet lease. The lease is up on November 30th 2016. Water is included in rent. If needed queen size bed, coffee table, kitchen table, and one couch can be left for you.
