There is space for the bar area, an exercise area, woodworking area and the entertainment area - with room to spare. The former garage in the main house was turned into family room with tile floor, built in surround speakers and ceiling projector with large screen. The main A/c unit was just replaced with a more efficient one. The gigantic 55,000 gal in-ground pool has 3 depths for all ages. The pool is salt so it is much easier on the skin. The cedar pool house has an upstairs play room (hobbit room) with carpet, ceiling fan and new deck. There is also an attached shed with large overhang to put mower, etc. The main house is on a 15KW back-up generator hooked to natural gas - It will come on automatically when power is lost, it just has to be manually switched.
