Linden Avenue boasts numerous restaurants, brewpubs, wine bars, a famous candy store, burger joints, and beachy boutiques. If Santa Barbara calls your name, it is an easy fifteen-minute drive to Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara. Venture to The Funk Zone to go wine tasting or walk by the Santa Barbara Harbor to see why they call it the American Rivieria. Beachy Bluffs is apart of a well-spaced out condominium association with a private pool and playground. This unit is the premier ocean facing unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large hanging closet, and dresser. The secondary bedroom has a luxurious and extremely comfortable bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on top. The bathroom has a marble walk-in rain shower and a single sink. The open living space offers a large flat-screen TV, an oversized couch and seating area, a dining room table for four, and a desk with ocean views. The kitchen is well stocked for the avid chef with bar seating as well. There is a plethora of parking in front of the unit or there is a garage that can house one vehicle.
