But there is a plus side to all this. The house sits on .33 acres of land which is a 2 lot property. Only 2 bedrooms have closets which are just 2 holes in the walls, meaning no doors. This is the same as the pantry and linen closet. The house is not leveled. The foundation is held up by shimmies and 4x4's. The electrical is dangerously faulty. The kitchen has absolutely no cabinet space or counter space. No smoke detectors. 2 bedrooms are maybe 10x10, 1 bedroom is 10x20, and the master is 18x18. The laminated wood flooring has no padding underneath it so if you spill something, the flooring WILL come up. There is no window or closet in the master bedroom. This house is worth nothing, I am selling it as is for $125,000.
