Room Available in a Spacious House with a Pool! Hello everyone, Steven and I and our 2 cats are looking for a roommate to join our awesome household. We have one bedroom available in this four-bedroom, three-bathroom house, and I'm looking to fill it immediately. We're open to both cats and dogs, as long as they get along with other pets! About the House The place is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The garage has been converted into a nice living room area, and the downstairs area holds another large space with a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave-oven. The best part, though, is the backyard it's a private oasis with a large pool, perfect for chilling out on a hot day or hosting a BBQ. The house also has central AC and heating, a washer and dryer, and lots of parking. The Rooms Unfurnished bedrooms available. These two bedrooms will share a bathroom. Plenty of closet space and large windows with natural light. You will also have access to the downstairs bathroom, and when I'm not working from home, you will have access to the office area including the docking station setup and printer. About Me We're both pretty relaxed and value a clean, respectful, and chill home environment. While we don't host many parties, we do enjoy having friends over sometimes. We're looking for a roommate who is also tidy, considerate, and easygoing. Rent and Utilities Rent is $700 per month per room. A security deposit of $700 per room will be required, as well first and last month's rent, at move in. Current lease goes until July 31, 2026. In addition, there is a $250 per month flat fee year-round for the following utilities: 1. Electricity 2. Gas 3. Water/Sewage 4. Internet - highest speed offered by Xfinity 5. Sanitation 6. Bi-Weekly Housekeeping You will also have complementary access to all the streaming services I have signed into on the living room TV, which as of this point includes (but is always subject to change): 1.
