What did you do during Covid-19? I avoided homeschooling the kids and completely remodeled this house. (thanks honey for holding the fort down!) Remodel includes: New luxury vinyl plank downstairs and carpet upstairs. Stove arriving soon. Every inch painted, detail-cleaned or replaced All new faucets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, energy efficient LED bulbs, locks, plumbing, trim, etc. I even had Mr. Clean Bins make the trash cans smell like new! Double master bedroom floor plan with two walk-in closets, 2.5 baths, awesome Amenities, pool, gym and walking distance to top-rated elementary school. All exterior maintenance taken care of... the list goes on. It won't last long! Tenant responsible for utilities.
