Spacious apartment with high ceilings and ample sunlight! Includes a private balcony, in unit washer/dryer, AC and heating, dishwasher, and parking. Amenities include outdoor pool and jacuzzi, gym, dog park, dog washing/grooming center open 24/7, rec/study lounge with full kitchen, and lots of accessible outdoor grills! The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the complex's staff is incredible. Maintenance requests are almost always taken care of the same day. The building is very close to Trader Joe's, Sunset Beach, Target, CSULB and Belmont Shore! -Really awesome pet policy, there are some residents who even have exotic birds! However, there are some dog breed restrictions (any breeds considered guard dogs, pitbulls, wolf breeds, great dane (although one of my neighbors has a very sweet pitbull so they probably don't check, as long as your dog is nice and doesn't cause issues with neighbors)); also highly recommend signing your dog up as an emotional service animal to avoid the pet rent (this is what I did, very easy) -Utilities are not included in rent (usually adds up to about $65) -you get 1 assigned parking spot and 1 guest pass, if you need additional parking spots you can have a monthly fee added to your rent ($25/month for an uncovered spot, $50/month for a carport spot) -must prove you make 2.5 times rent or have a co-signer -no smoking, but that's what the balcony is for! -this is a sublease that ends January 6th 2023, and afterwards can be switched to a month-to-month
