The bedroom features a walk-in closet and a brand new king sized mechanical bed (great for sitting up to read or watch movies!). The bathroom has granite countertops and, two sink vanities, plenty of storage, and a shower with handheld shower fixture. The large kitchen has a brand-new dishwasher, disposal, a convection microwave with oven capabilities (no large oven but you can still bake full dishes/casseroles, etc.), and cast-iron double burners (hot plate). Apartment has a desk & chair workspace along with a large, comfortable sectional couch. A full sized, new washer & dryer are included in the unit for only your personal use. All in all, the apartment is a great home away from home. Very beautiful & comfortable! We are looking for renters looking to sign a lease to stay between 1and 6 months. We are open to longer terms depending on the situation but nothing shorter than 1 month. You would share our front entrance with us but the entrance to the basement door is only a few feet away from the front door. You may see us briefly in passing. My husband and I have three children and a mellow old dog. The neighborhood is very safe and brand new. It's a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Denver. It's a beautiful apartment but it is still a basement apartment and so you may hear us upstairs. We go upstairs to the 2nd floor starting around 8:30/9:00pm so the nighttime would be very quiet for you.
