There are 3 people living in the main house currently, including the owner of the property. The house has a medium size yard with a shed, small deck, and a large garage. The monthly payment includes all bills (rent, utilities, wifi, water, etc). We do not have cable, but it can be installed if a tenant would like at the tenants expense. Pets are not permitted. All tenants have full access to the large vegetable garden in the backyard if desired.
