Explore hiking and spend sunny winter days on the beach, or embrace winter sports like skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating at nearby Northstar, With convenient access to grocery stores and a diverse selection of restaurants, your stay in this charming town will be both convenient and unforgettable OPEN TO ONEN MONTH RENTALS AT HIGHER RATE FOR THE HOLIDAYS AT $4500 (utilities included) 5 months rent for a ski lease is due upfront. The condo association pays for snow removal and trash removal via a common dumpster for the complex. Reimburse the owner for the monthly internet and put gas, electricity and water in your name for the lease. Ski leases are either 5 months Jan 3 to May 3 or 4 months Jan 5 to May 5 2025 Open to 3 month rental at a higher rate. For rentals 60+ nights, US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check in. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which includes local phone service, cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
