this is a two-story house and we rent the downstairs. looking for a new roommate for a private room with a bathroom. there are ceiling fans throughout the house however there is no AC. Bedroom is 10' X 12' with an extended alcove like area as seen in photos. The $1200 a month includes all utilities cable Wi-Fi and the deposit is the same. it is a quiet neighborhood and we are very low-keyed. it is off of Amaya which is close to Fletcher parkway and close to pretty much everything. there is a washer and dryer in the garage to use. There are 2 others you will reside with. We are clean, low keyed and drama free. Looking for like and has a steady income.
