1 BR, 1 bath condo in North Ocean City. Sleeps 6 with queen sofa bed in living room. This is the quaint part of O.C. without any high-rises or the noise of the Boardwalk. Also, convenient to North Park, which is beautiful for crabbing or taking a walk or riding a bike. This is an end unit with windows making it more bright and cheery and the kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops. Plus, there is a separate private deck with a view of the sunsets over the bay. From the other deck is a wonderful view of the ocean. This is a building of 26 units with reserved undercover parking, an indoor pool for the rainy days (hopefully not necessary), a game room for the children, and a large sundeck on the 3rd floor. Building has an elevator and a front desk with onsite staff for your convenience. We purchased this unit because my family has stayed in this unit in the past and we have vacationed in the building for the last 6 years. We are excited to finally own a place of our own at the beach to use ourselves for vacations and would love to share it with you and your friends or family. Just about everything was replaced last year including a new 50" TV in the living room making for better relaxing nights. We've left you some movies for the DVD/Blu ray, but remember to bring your own. Please ask any questions or to check availability.
