There is closet space on both sides of the Murphy bed to hang your clothes and drawers for more storage. There is one assigned parking spot, a gas grill located next to the patio area which has beautiful decking installed last year. The location is ideal, you are a 2 minute walk to the sand. Since the unit is at the top of the strip, you really get the best of both worlds. There are tons of restaurants to choose from but if you want to eat-in you have a kitchenette plus the outdoor grill with seating in the unit or out on the deck. Very easy on/off highway access. There is coin operated laundry in the building and also a convenience store next to the back of the building. Summer vacation rentals need to be honored with about 2/3 of the summer booked, but those rents go to the new owner!
