We invested $9000 into a fully fenced yard with as much of the yard included as possible. We chose this home in the B section to be a part of best school district in our area! There's a 10 year termite bond in place we pay $68/ month to keep instated, so pest care is included. Come check out this beauty before it's gone! We also have it listed for sale as a back up plan we will rent it out if it won't sell quickly. Cats are not allowed, 2 dogs max (require owners approval and to be covered on tenants renter's insurance policy) and breed restrictions apply. A non refundable pet deposit will be required at $500 per dog - max 2 dogs allowed and all pets have to be approved by the home owner. Washer, dryer, microwave, fridge, stove and garage freezer will remain in the home for tenants use. Fridge, garage freezer, washer and dryer will only be replaced if home owner agrees. No on street parking allowed. Maximum of two dogs allowed and must be approved by the owner first. Our insurance company has rules and restrictions on breeds we have to abide by to keep the home insured. Two year old upgraded washer & dryer stay in the home and will be replaced if needed on a case by case basis per owner discretion. Fridge is included. No smoking is allowed in the home. A/C filters will be provided and must be replaced monthly. Fridge filters will be supplied and must be replaced by the tenant as needed. Any damage or issues with the house must be reported immediately to the owner for timely repair. Tenant is responsible for any damage from a pet or the rental residences that exceed normal wear and tear.
