The Good: It has updated appliances. The stove 2023, the fridge 2020, the washer and dryer 2021. It has a new furnace boiler that was put in 2020/21. It has been kept up to date on cleanings. New porches for front and side were put in 2020. If wanted/ needed freezer can come with the house and a small second fridge. There is an outdoor storage unit that also can be left for outdoor items. The bad: Needs new siding. Needs one door. Electrical problem in kitchen and the small bedroom. Kitchen cabinets probably need replacing. Some windows need replacing.
