No AC unit is included, tenants have to install AC unit themselves. Laundry and Dryer are shared for the same floor. Sublease ends at 8/31 (every furniture will be your property), but tenant can choose to continue the lease for a year. **NOTE: The sublease is around 1100 per month, but start a new lease will cost 1400+ per month.
