Cape Cod bike trail is down the street. Enclosed outdoor shower. Grill with outside table set; beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Bed linens, bath & beach towels. 1 full bathroom; 3 bedrooms w/5 beds. Best for 4-5 ppl. Wifi, internet ready TV, central A/C. Guests are responsible for their own garbage removal at Municipal Dump. Please note, we started building a garden railroad in part of our backyard, you might see some parts of it. Short term rentals only, no yearly rentals. Minimum stay 31 days. 3 months rental, no yearly rentals Renter is responsible for electricity and gas. No pets are allowed. Renter is responsible for garbage removal by bringing it to nearby municipal dump for an extra fee (dump charges $5-$10 per large bag).
