A late fee of $100 will be applied if rent is not received by the end of the grace period. | | Security Deposit | The Security Deposit is for damages beyond normal wear and tear and will not be applied to the last month's rent. | | Renter's Insurance | Tenant must maintain and provide landlord with record of an active Renter's Insurance policy for the duration of the tenancy. | | Occupancy/Guests | The premises may only be occupied by the named Tenant(s).
