The Woods at Warren is an 80-unit community that will consist of five three-story buildings as well as one clubhouse building. The development will serve households with incomes at or below 60% AMI with 8 units at 20% AMI, 3 units at 30% AMI, 29 units at 50% AMI and 40 units at 60% AMI. The units will range in size between 846 and 1,601 gross square feet. Unit amenities will include open floor plans, modern kitchens with Energy-Star appliances and balconies.
