This mostly restored rustic camp is located on East Grand Lake -literally 25 feet from the water (1 of the Chiputneticook Lakes* see Wikipedia info below) in Fosterville , NB. Its 1 hr. 20 minutes from Fredericton or about 45 minutes from Woodstock, NB. If you love the feeling of living outdoors but with a roof, HUGE front screened-in porch (swimming, any water sport, boating, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, etc ) you will love this location. Harness the sun for power. A DC water pump draws water from the lake into the camp & outdoor shower. There are 3 linked docks included as well .This camp/cottage rests on 465 Sq.M. waterfront lot located on East Grand Lake (part of the the Chiputneticook Lakes /Ste.Croix International Waterway. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 year old wood Century stove for chilly spring / fall days or nights, very large screened in porch with drop windows to protect you from nasty weather. In 2021, 3-way propane refrigerator was purchased. The back deck was built in 2018, along with a true outdoor shower on a separate platform accessible from back deck. Cook with propane or fire. A compostable toilet purchased from Cabin Depot is set up in an outhouse on this property. The camp/cottage rests on a cemented footprint foundation and is blocked, it has a tin roof. Currently we are “off-grid†operating via solar panels (included) 
 
 These lakes also offer lots of backcountry camping canoe/kayak into Maine waters as well -after a check in at US Customs Office).
