Great home bran new roof ...porch is in great shape. The addition of the real pitched roof in the late 90's really makes this trail last. The garage is great place for a work shop with the raised floor no worries about fuilds going every where. Has it's own septic. Horse stall out back with electric fence on top around horse area is split up into 2 parts .. horse tie bar .. 3 gates total if u keep the main gate shut. So animals stay in. Wonderful neighborhood. 3 miles or so to the EVCA private school. Beautiful place definitely one you don't want to miss.
