If you don't know, staunton is full of great humans eager to make new friends and your landlord is incredulous that so many kind and helpful people exist (much less within a stones throw of home). We can not allow animals or smoking indoors/upstairs. Parking is easy and close but not included. Apartment is upstairs without elevator access. It is also downtown so good neighbor concessions are expected and given. It's a really nice set up in an unbelievable community (if you are coming from elsewhere). We have had the same happy tenant since 2008! So sad to lose her but happy she found a home closer to her career.
